Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the GPS tracking platform and services provided under the brand Veetrak, a registered business activity operated by Gluon (Registration No. SP02132020) in the Republic of Maldives.

• “Veetrak” refers to the GPS tracking service and platform operated by Gluon.

• “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Gluon operating the Veetrak service.

• “Customer”, “Subscriber”, “User”, or “you” refers to any individual or organization using the Veetrak platform or services.

By accessing or using the Veetrak platform, devices, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Service Overview

Veetrak provides a GPS tracking platform that allows customers to monitor the location and movement of vehicles or other assets using compatible GPS tracking devices. The service may include access to the tracking platform, devices, data SIM cards, and reporting tools.

1.6 Data Retention

Location data is generally stored for up to 90 days. Data older than this period may be automatically deleted. Veetrak reserves the right to modify data retention periods without prior notice.

1.7 Acceptable Use

Customers must use the service only for lawful purposes. Users must not track individuals without proper authorization or use the platform for harassment or illegal surveillance.

1.11 Limitation of Liability

Veetrak provides location data and monitoring tools but does not guarantee recovery of lost or stolen vehicles. Veetrak shall not be liable for theft of assets, personal items, accidents, or damages resulting from service outages.

2.2 Use of Data

Information is used to provide tracking services, store history, and maintain system security. Veetrak does not sell customer data.

3. Device & SIM Terms

3.2 Device Tampering

Users must not remove or disconnect the device without authorization, block signals, or modify internal components. Tampering may result in service termination and refusal of warranty.

3.5 SIM Card Usage

The provided SIM card is intended only for the Veetrak tracking service. It must not be used in other devices or for personal communication. Unauthorized usage will result in immediate suspension.

3.6 Inactive Device Policy

If a device remains inactive for three (3) consecutive months, Veetrak may deactivate the associated SIM card without notice. Reactivation fees may apply.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Veetrak processes personal data solely to provide GPS tracking services. We maintain strict security measures including encryption and restricted access to ensure your fleet data remains confidential and secure within our Maldivian infrastructure.
